Drs. Cooke and Awan greatly appreciate the insights of Ortegon et al. in particular
with respect to the value that the arts can provide even in challenging times. We
recognize there are variable barriers to integrating the arts in radiology that in
many situations may be quite challenging due to local factors, but we are heartened
that these efforts could inspire others to explore the benefits of arts and humanities
in locations across the globe including in developing nations.
